High pressure water mist fire suppression systems function by spreading millions of highly pressurized microscopic water drops into the main flames. This mist cools the core’s temperature and evaporates as an ISOBAR gas that absorbs the oxygen from the surrounding atmosphere. As such, water mist fights two of the main factors that contribute to any fire: heat and oxygen. The use of pure water is environmentally friendly, sustainable and completely safe for people. After activating the system the fire will be suppressed immediately and kept under control until the fire brigades arrive for the final extinguishing.
